Position Overview: ABPanelPC, a pioneering sole proprietorship in industrial panel PCs and solutions, seeks a proficient and dynamic Contract Sales Engineer. We require an independent contractor who excels in sales and technical advisement, capable of guiding our customers to the most suitable solutions. The candidate should be technically savvy, a fast learner, with the ability to articulate complex technical details effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop extensive knowledge of ABPanelPC's product range, including technical specifications, application use cases, and integration capabilities.
  • Engage in proactive customer outreach, identifying potential clients, and establishing relationships to expand market presence.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis with clients to understand and address their specific requirements.
  • Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the technical capabilities and benefits of ABPanelPC products.
  • Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales process, ensuring solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the internal product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement and innovation.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to effectively position ABPanelPC in the market.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for both clients and internal teams to enhance product understanding and application.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote ABPanelPC's products and brand.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis for strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, particularly in the industrial or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing substantial client portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in industrial automation and panel PC technology.
